Duxford's Maritime Hangar has a collection of Naval aircraft and ships demonstrating the vast change from the First World War to today's Navy. Hangar 3 contains boats, submarines and aircraft. Some of which are the Thornycroft Coastal Motor Boat 4, whose Commander Lieutenant Augustus Agar won the Victoria Cross during the Baltic Campaign of 1918-1919, a de Havilland Sea Vixen, and Westland Wasp HAS1 XS567 which during the Falklands War was onboard the HMS Apollo.
